This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms and great attention to detail. The location is ideal, being close to the subway which makes getting around the city easy. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel well taken care of.

The view from our apartment on the 14th floor was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the cityscape. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had ample space for storage. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience, and we appreciated the complimentary laundry room and luggage storage. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping options. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Sonder L City Hall Park.
While our dishwasher wasn't working, the prompt and helpful customer service offered us a refund of $200, showing their commitment to providing excellent service. We understand the policy for no cleaning or maid service, but it would have been nice to have access to a vacuum to address the dust on the floors.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently located next to multiple subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful sleep. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The breakfast was not included in the reservation, which was a disappointment.
